Keep us in the loop

Please be sure to communicate clearly concerning your arrival and departure times. Upon returning home,  please let us know you arrived home safely so that we know that your pet is safely back in your care!

Be within reach

Please be sure that your contact numbers are updated in your client software.  In addition to your number, please leave an emergency contact number. It is ideal to have an alternate number to reach in case there is a problem while you are away and we can't reach you directly.

Home Security

Does your house have an alarm? Is there a code to get in or a tricky lock? Would you like us to turn on a light or the television while you're away? Please be sure to let us know ahead of time. Feel free to be as detailed as possible so that we can do the best job for you! 

Medications & Special Care

Be clear and concise with your pet care instructions, especially if there is medication involved! It is always helpful to leave a note on the best way to administer medicine or if there are any tricks we might find helpful.
