Payment:

1)  Payment is due at time of service.

2)  Daily Dog Walk clients will be billed on the 1st of the month for the upcoming month, unless another date for billing is selected by the client.

3)  For ease of billing and to ensure that we have a secure means of payment from our clients, The Pet Valet does require a credit card be kept on your personal, secure online profile. If you do not have a personal credit card or prefer to pay by check, please contact our office so we can make arrangements for payment at time of service.

4)  A handling fee of $30 will be assessed for all returned checks. In the event it is necessary to initiate collection proceedings on the account, Client will be responsible for all attorney’s fee and costs of collection.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION:

1)  Reservations must be made 72 hrs in advance. Any reservation requested with less than 72 hrs. notice will have an additional $5 per visit fee applied to our regular booking fee.

2)  All cancellations must be made by noon, 72 hrs in advance or a service charge of 50% of initial service fees will be applied.

FOR VACATION CARE CLIENTS:

1)  To ensure that the pets in our care are continuously cared for, we respectfully require our clients to call or email us within 1 day of returning from their trip. Failure to do so will result in an extra visit charge(s) at the additional $5/visit rate.
